Withdrawing application on Interim visa?

Hello,

I have a question about withdrawing my visitor visa application on an Interim visa.

My previous visa was WHV and I have submitted my visitor visa application and today it has been 2 months since, however, I kind of want to withdraw my application and go back home.

My question is that if I withdraw my application now and I am on my interim visa, how soon I should be expected to leave this country if I cancel my application? Will I be staying illegally right after I notice INZ?

I will need to get all my documents and passport back and I ticked I will collect them by myself.

You need to talk to INZ about this. They will tell you the length of time they will allow you after you have collected your documents.
