    Default Character Issue

    Hi there,
    Just a question:

When I was completing my EOI, I answered 'No' to all questions in character section. According to this forum, I also put a note for the following question:
B11: Have you been convicted at any time of any offence, including any driving offence? NO

B11: ONE PAID TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENT ONLY

But in my ITA letter (Personalised Document Checklist) is written:

    □ Character issue(s) : You have mentioned at least one character issue in your EOI. Please
submit a detailed explanation about any character issues with your
application. This invitation to apply for residence does not mean that we
have determined that you meet character requirements.

Just wondering if anyone has such experience or not? I thought that such TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENT is not a character issue.

Thanks in advance for your help

    It's not.
You are dealing with a templated form.

Just write the same again, e.g paid speeding infringement only $xxx, xx/20xx
