    Default Visa sponcership

    Hi i was wondering if im able to sponcer my partner if she is denied her temp partnership work visa i seem to meet the requirements but im not sure of the application or if it would matter if she got turned down for the visa were in the process of trying to get?Any replies appreciated

    Your question is confusing...".if you are able to sponsor your partner if her temp partner visa is declined ? are you not the one sponsoring her temp partner visa that you think may get declined ?

    Hi yes i am but i thought a sponsorship visa and temp partnership work visa was differnt

    There is no such thing as a sponsorship visa.
