Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has came across this situation. I have applied for my parents multi-entry visitor visa that needed general medical and X-rays. We submitted e-medical from NZ registered panel along with application but Yesterday, we got an email from Support Officer (! not Case officer) saying below!
"We have received your application no. xxxx for processing and I am writing to inform you that the Health Assessment Team (HAT) has identified some concerns with the medical reports submitted with your application. They require further information to be able to complete their assessment of your health and therefore request you to please complete the following additional tests:
Cardiologists report: A recent report from a Cardiologist is required. Please forward Echocardiogram and ECG report.
Please ensure that these reports are uploaded within the next three working days and please do inform me once the medicals have been uploaded by responding to this email."
I have heard about medical assessor but not HAT team. Also, it does not mention that the new cardiologist reports needs to be done by NZ approved panel or any cardiologist! I guess when they are saying the medicals reports are uploaded I assume it will be same panel/clinic where we did e-medical that will do cardiologist reports and upload it to same e-medical reference number.
Is HAT team different or same as medical assessor? Is support officer same or different from Case officer? They have given us only 3 working days to do all this and not mentioned what concerns they had that resulted in them asking about additional report.
Any help is much appreciated!
