Default applying for Work visa, employment agreement

    Hello!
My partner is currentley on a Working holiday visa, but got a job where they are willing to sponsor him for a Essential skills work visa. They gave him a contract (Employmet agreement) which is permanent full time (so no ending date) and he will present it as one of the supporting documents for his visa application. BUT his current working holiday visa allows him to work only for 3 months for the same employer.
So my question is, could this contract cause any problems with immigration? They gave him this permanent contract as they are expecting that his visa will be approved and he will be able to stay with them long term, but my concern is that immigration may see it as a breach of his current visa condition?
    I hope this makes sense..

    Thank you!

He needs to agree with his employer a form of words that he WILL be offered and accept the job on the terms of that contract on a permanent basis IF he is granted the appropriate visa. Meantime, he's doing exactly the same work, but temporarily.
