Default Philippines removed from list of comparable labour market for SMC

Anyone noticed that Philippines was removed from the list of comparable labour market? If so, we cannot claim points for experience gained in the Ph or as a Ph citizen? This was not the case before 28 August 2017. If this is true, this was not announced as included in the changes.
