Unlawful in New Zealand

Hello friends
Need your help.
I apply for essential work visa on 15th of may 2017 through lawyer. I am working in bakery my lawyer set a position for me operation co-ordinator.
Unfortunately got declined because immigration says my position is skill level 4 so we need a skill match report but my lawyer said that it's a higher position so don't need to submit skill match report..
On 3rd of august my application was declined because of not submitting a skill match report.
And now my lawyer submit a complaint and I don't have any visa. Don't know what to do now.?
Very stressful this thing doesn't want to go back just because of my lawyer little mistake.

I am very sorry to hear about your difficult situation.

It sounds as though your lawyer is doing his best to deal with things, having submitted a complaint. I don't think there is anything you can do yourself until you hear the outcome of that.
