What matters here is whether or not she supported her partner to get him a visa. If she did, she can't support anyone else until five years have passed. (Being married or not makes no difference.) See here https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...lders#criteria under Eligible NZ supporting partner.

hi,Thanks for your reply. She didnt supported anyone, but her ex husband supported her in 1997 for residence visa.

That's longer ago than five years, so it shouldn't cause any problem.

    Hi,
What kind of documents we need to provide to immigration for relationship based work visa? Is photos, letters from friends and relative, hotel bills (where we lived together) and joint account statements are enough? if yes, then how many letters and photos required? thanks
