Is there anyone submitted Partnership residency application?

Hello.
My partner is Kiwi and we have lived together about one year and three month.
So I submitted partnership residency application on 21 July.
Now.. About one month and twenty days has been passed, but it is still not handed over to Immigration officer.

I am very anxious about it these days.
I was wondering if it was normal to wait for this much of time, but still it isn't assigned to immigration officer.
