Employer questionnaire

Hi all,

Is there anyone who have not got the employer questionnaire and got SMC visa approved ??

INZ have to be able to verify that the employer is on a sound financial basis and has a good record of keeping to NZ employment law. About the only time they wouldn't contact the employer about these details is if that same business has previously sponsored other migrants for visas (so they've been checked out already). Even then, the CO would probably be in touch about the details of the present applicant's duties and rate of pay.
