    Hi Stonely,
Thank you for sharing your time.
So it did took over 3 weeks to get AIP. But what email did you get after getting AIP? Is getting AIP itself is not suffiecient to send passport? And did you get your AIP on your post? Appreciate your time and sharings.
    Have a good day.

Hey my case was a bit different. I was going through my lawyer but because he was not replying to emails I went directly to immigration and they sent me the official email 3 days ago to inform me I had been approved in principle but I think my actual AIP date was 8th. However I received a letter off my lawyer on 4th Aug to say I'd been approved by the minister as mine was initially declines. Mine was a bit more complicated.

    Hey

I’m not to sure what’s the next step.

What’s the average time frame to get the email with details of where to send passports?

I checked my online status on Saturday and it’s APPROVED . I’m not sure if it was approved Friday or Saturday .

My branch is Manakau if that helps

My wife got her AIP in 2 days after approval and 3 days for the visa once we submitted the documents. We applied in Mumbai branch through an adviser, who also pushed the CO for earlier realease of visa because the travel date was nearing.
