Change of Physical Address

Hi everyone, I already have email from immigration that my Application Received at Branch Auckland Central but without Case Office Allocated yet.

1. I have moving out to a new place, should I send my new residential contract to immigration or I wait until officer being allocated only send the new contract? (p.s: I already write email email to immigration to update my new address, but they din mention about the contract)
2. All my document and courier bag (attached together for returning purposes) is with old address, so how should I change the address of the courier bag being attached so that when immigration return my document will not go to old address?
