My friend is in bit of a situation. So she works for a fibre company as an office manager carrying out the tasks as listed in ANZSCO however the staff that she manages does not work in the office environment. All of them work on different locations in NZ. As the company is small it is not feasible or needed to hire varies different staff to work in the office.

She has applied for her residency but is very scared that INZ would decline it as there is no staff in the office environment that she allocates work, etc. So in the office its the employer and herself only. While I know that each case is different and depends on how a case officer looks at it, does anyone has any insight on such a situation?
