Default Let's share the time line of partnership residency application

    Hello.
Below is the time line of my partnership residency application.

21 July : Submitted application to CBD office.
26 July : Received automatically generated email which said the application was lodged to Manukau office.
4 August : supporting documents were returned and being asked to submit up-to-dated version of form.
5 August : Posted filled new version of form to Manukau office
7 August : Received email which said the post was arrived

.....Since above date, any email was not sent to me.

Is there anyone who submitted application in July and already got CO?

I would be appropriate if you share your time line or any information.

    Thank you in advance!

My husband has only applied for a VISITOR VISA
    19 April 2017 - Application lodged
28 September - Extensive Phone interview
6 Oct - NEW visa application lodged (new application number) apparently this is the 2nd officer check
9 Oct - email received to say that it could take up to another 24 working days

What is this?? It sounds like my husband should have just applied for a residency visa instead. All we want is for him to come here to meet my family, have a marriage celebration (which is only a few months out from our first wedding anniversary now!?) with my side of the family, and build up evidence of our relationship. It is scary to think that even after all this time, and putting our lives on hold waiting for an outcome, that they can still deny him the visa. what a total waste of our lives if they do. So frustrating and heartbreaking, as we could have made other plans to be togther by now.

How did you get a CO assigned so fast? What visa did you applied for?
