Reg. Resident visa medical

Hi All,
My EOI is selected and got ITA request. I have to appear the medical test with family. At Bangalore (India) two medical centers (eMedical) are listed at INZ website. I contacted them for appointment and tests.

They are asking me about medical test details. I dont have any idea about needed tests like X-ray, TB, Blood etc.

I am unable to findout test details at my ITA application form. As per ITA form, medical tests are valid for only 3 months.

Please let me know what medical tests sholud I and my family have to attend?

Where can I get the medical tests cheklist?

My kids are below 10 years.( 5years and 8 years) What medical tests they have to attend?

In your ITA letter there should be Personalised Document Checklist at the end? there should be Medical certificates section? In the section it should mentioned what you should refer to?

For me in my checklist it mentioned [Medical and/or X-ray certificates for each applicant, as required. Please read the ‘Health’ section of the Application for Residence Guide - Skilled Migrant Category (INZ 1105) to determine if you need to complete these forms.]

and then it will refer you to another doc INZ1121:

and then most likely, for resident visa you need to do:
• General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007)
• Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096)

check them out to ensure what you need to do.

Thanks for the quick reply and you have saved my day.
Yes, entier family has to get the General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007).
Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096) is needed for me and my wife.
