May be asking for job contract, pay slip and bank statements which salary is been credited or letters from the employer

I have provided reference letters from all previous employers and current employer including start date, finish date, number of hours, position and job responsibilities.

What rv.singh462 suggests is normally what is required as evidence of work experience. It would probably be a good idea to gather that evidence while you are waiting to see what reply you get from your CO.
