    Default Cars : Nissan X Trail 2008 Vs Subaru Forester 2008 - 2010 - Have anyone tried ?

    Hi there

I would like to know if you have experience with Nissan X Trail 2008 Vs Subaru Forester 2008 - 2010.

I see a lot of these cars for sale on Trademe and Turners...

Was trying to understand which one is a reliable and safe SUV.

Xtrail has that boxy and muscular look where as Forester looks lean.

    Thanks!

The Subaru is a much better car and the ones with manual transmission at least have permanent four wheel drive.

I've tried them both, didn't like both of them. I'd probably buy the Nissan if I had to. Ended up with a Subaru Outback 2.5 2008, which was cheaper

I've got a Subaru Outback, 2004. 140k miles. It has served us very well. Not sure why you need higher ground clearance but we used to live off-road and that was fine, we bought the Subaru because it had higher ground clearance.

    Thanks for the reviews

I like to have a good command of the road view, and hence high ground clearance ... and also for good for off roads.

watch this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Crezn6sh9II Subaru wins.

But still like the boxy and muscular looks of Nissan X Trail 2008.
