    Default How should I courier my documents to CO?

    Hi,

    My application is undergoing processing for SMC.

    My CO has asked for an updated employment contract and wants me to courier an original or certified copy of the document to him before Friday (very short deadline!).

    Any clue where should I send this to him-Manukau office (from where the CO is) or the generic Penrose documentation centre? Please help me with this!

    Hi Param I reckon it should be sent to your case officer's PO box, which is stated on the lower part of your CO's email.

    Because I sent mine not long ago on the PO box that was stated

    Thanks rbc0411. So officially to let everyone else know as well.
    I confirmed with INZ and they advised against sending the documents to CO's PO box. Please use the updated address of the Penrose documentation centre for all couriers since the PO box of the CO is not physically managed by INZ officials.
    So, if you send something to the CO's PO box, it might not be properly logged by INZ.

    You can send scanned PDF copy straight to the immigration officer... doesn't need to be in actual paper....
    (Was like this in my case)... I am sure you will be fine
