Hi Guys
I used to be a active member of this forum 6 months ago but for last 6 months i had been just watching everything...
i have a long story to share...but firstly i would say...its a dancing Banana time....
so here is my timeline

24th March 2016 - got job offer as a CHEF
18th april 2016 - got essential skills visa approved
30th May 2016 - EOI Lodged
13th June -Invitation to Apply
17th July - lodged my file ( but got returned due to missing Birth Certi)
2nd August - Lodged in Auckland Central (journey begins)

19th April - PPI letter received
13th June 2017 - Declined( My Dad passed away same day. both news in under 30 minutes)
26th July - IPT Appeal lodged
21st November - IPT Appeal successful- file sent back to INZ to re asses
12th dec - CO assigned to re asses- asked present employment status
21st dec - Staus changed to APPROVED
22nd Dec - Email from CO INZ- Finally APPROVED
yes it was a longest journey of my life. stress..sleepless nights...sad..cried..tears..
BUT
I DID NOT LOOSE HOPE...
And moreover, for whole process from beginning to end, i hired lawyer on 18th april 2017 to reply to PPI (coz i thought that i did some mistakes while lodging the application...but actually while replying to PPI my lawyer did heaps of mistakes which lead to decline)
So i decided to lodge a Appeal by myself. I fought for my residency...
Thankyou sooo much to all my forum friends...
And a veryyyyyy big THANKS to Mr JandM...i bow my head towards you mate with full respect and honour.
and Biggest THANKS to GOD..whom i had full faith..
Now finally me, my partner and my 4 years old child are Residents of NZ.
