    Default Does permanent resident require medical?

    Hi I have my Resident Visa (Partnership-based)

    When applying for P.R. do I need to complete/submit another medical?

    Can someone send me the INZ links so I can check please

    No, you don't. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...anent-resident and https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...-resident-visa (click to see the criteria). The character requirement for PR is the same as for residence, https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/35052.htm so anyone who racks up any convictions during their first two years as a resident will have some problems when applying for PR.

    Thanks JandM your right I did end up finding info re: character still remains the same however I was not too sure about the medicals. Thanks for the links appreciate it
