EOI Lodged: July 17, 2017
EOI Selected: July 19, 2017
ITA Received: July 30, 2017
ITA Submitted: oct 20, 2017
ITA Lodge by INZ: Nov 1, 2017
Payments deducted Nov 15, 2017
Documentation officer requested Additional Docs by 8th feb 2018
Additional Docs Received By INZ - 9th feb 2018
CO Allocated now and Requested additional docs (IRD, Bank statements and Payslips from last 12 month) ?
any one have idea what can happen next because no employer questionnaire yet?
is it in initial stage or final stage?

There is no way to tell what stage the processing is at from what has happened so far. Things don't have to be done in any specific order.
