How to get back "Immigration New Zealand Application number"
Dear folks,
I now wanna apply for an "IRD number" online,
and was asked for the "Immigration New Zealand Application number", which should be located on the "Visa approval letter from INZ".
But unfortunately, I don't remember anything about such "Visa approval letter from INZ", and I think I have lost it.
Do you know anyway else I can get this "Application number"?
Thank you

Mine was also in an email from the application process. I had to go into AA though to get my IRD number. The website couldn’t validate my Identity for some reason.

I just looked and the application number was in the email subject line
“Application Received at Washington DC Branch: SteveCAD #######”
*removed name and number for obvious reasons

So sad that after input with the Application Number, i got this message:
Your identity could not be verified.
Please contact IR at www.ird.govt.nz/irdnumber to verify your identity and register with IR.
I will try to call them tomorrow to see what's the problem,
else I may have to go to AA to apply.
Unfortunately, as I am now sharing the utilitie bills with others and I dun have any "utility bill" that has my name on.

I had to go into AA as well. I got the same message. I took my bank statement with at least 4 transacation on it, ID and my lease agreement and it got sorted pretty quickly.

Thank you for your promptly response.
My lease agreement has only my wife's name on that.
We were not aware of the situation when we sign the contract.

Try going in to the rental agency and asking to be added to the lease. That shouldn’t be an issue. Another option is getting a mobile phone and using that as a bill with proof of residence.

My visa approval letter was a pdf attached to my RealMe application online, listed under all the pdfs I had uploaded as evidence. This may be a recent change, not sure.
