Wrong date

Hi dear last year i applied residency it was declined but i had provided wrong detail of my brothers date of birth by mistake which i just come to know today. And i again want to apply residency plz advice me wat should i do chrs

Put the correct date on any future application, and state in your covering letter that you have discovered you made a mistake about it when you applied before.

Would brothers date of birth really matter in RV application?

My guess is that the decline of the previous application was nothing to do with the mistaken date of birth, BUT when gauri applies again, he is worried that INZ will notice that there is a difference between what he put before and what he is putting now, and might blame him for giving wrong information.
