I applied 8th Jan and I got my CO on 17th May.

She's done her initial assessment and just needs a few more docs. She gave me an extra week which was nice of her.

I've just returned from a UK holiday so I'm uploading my new evidence for Jan-May this week.

Hopefully it'll be done by July

That's awesome! Something tells me it might be quicker if all sufficient evidence is submitted ;-)

I got my CO officer today asked me to fill up a form INZ1200 which makes me some worried. I wonder if this normal or not.
As I know most of you been asked for only more evidences.

I applied online 16th Jan 2019, got an email on Saturday to upload more evidence between Jan-May, does anyone know if you need to give them your passport after this or if it's electronic? I am going away June 22nd for 4 weeks.

    Thanks

INZ ask SOME applicants for a sight of their passport before issuing the visa. I believe it depends on whether they've seen the actual passport before within a reasonably short time-frame. All visas these days are eVisas, but if you particularly want a label in your passport, you can apply for one as a separate process after the eVisa has been issued. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...icker-passport

I had to send my passport in today, they've never seen it before though so I'm not surprised
