Hi guys I just check my online status today it shows approved now I’m just waiting for the next
process does anyone know how long it takes to get a label on a passport? Thanks

You will get an AIP letter or email (Approved In Principle) which will tell you what you have to do next. There is a queue for these to be sent out, so times vary, but lately, several people have waited 4 - 6 weeks, and a wait like that doesn't mean there is anything wrong. The instructions include where to send your passport. Again, there will be a date-order queue for the label to be stuck in, so time is unpredictable and variable. Some people get their passport back in a matter of days, and some not for several weeks - it's only a matter of how many are already waiting when yours gets there.

Congratulations Matt,
I was approved the 28th March and I got the label on the passport yesterday. I guess the waiting time is 4/5 weeks now.

25/04/18 - Passport Sent
27/04/18 - PP Delivered

I sent my passport the 11th April together with the AIP letter and a couple of other documents my CO required.

It takes INZ several days to just open mail, so I hope it would faster in my case - my CO suggested I send my passport before getting AIP letter (in fact, it was right before a SP check, along with sending some final docs) and INZ opened my postage right on the day a got the AIP email.

App dropped at Queen St: 23 Sep 17
App logged: 13 Oct 17
NSC started: 10 Nov 17
CO Allocated: 25 Jan 18
NSC complete: 26 Mar 18

Online Approved + AIP letter: 30 Apr 18
Visa issued and Passport is on its way back: 03 May 18

Please note, that currently it takes about 10 days for your postage to be opened.
I sent my passport with the last bunch of documents, so it was already with INZ when my visa application got approved.
