I applied for residence with my wife and kids.

But kids are not in new Zealand.T hey stays in their home country with grandparents.

Any chance this can make delay for my residency process?

Has anyone with May 18 lodgement been assigned a CO yet?

I've seen lots of people saying that the CO asked for Employer Questionnaire. Is this the Employer Supplementary Form INZ 1235? I am asking because I've sent this form together with my application. Actually this INZ 1235 was part of my personalised document checklist.

No, it's not that.

As per my understanding, INZ 1235 is mandatory at the time of lodging ITA. After that, when a CO is assigned, he/she sends an email to employer have a set of questions regarding applicant's job. Once employer respond back to that set of questions, then a CO checks the answers against ANZSCO as well as Job contract to ensure that it is a skilled job.
