Living together 12 months ??

married in February 2017 and stayed together back in oversease for about a month then i come back nz and she came in june 2017 and now living together in nz since june 2017
I have already applied residence visa in may 2018

Can anyone please help me to understand that our overseas time and nz time will be included ?

Guess nothing will be changed now as you already applied the visa

Only if you can demonstrate that you have lived together for 12 whole months at the time of lodgement and have an explanation for the period of separation. INZ can take into consideration time lived in other countries, but you may be cutting it very close with the timeline you are stating.
