My wife got a Work to Residence (Accredited Employer) Work Visa. We have a couple of questions.
1. Should we apply for variation of conditions in case the employer lose its accreditation? If we make such a variation and continue to work for the same employer but not accredited anymore can we still apply for residence in 2 years? Or do we need to make variations only if she move to another employer?
2. Another thing is that probably the employer is going to combine its subsidiaries and create one company with a little bit different name. I think in that case accreditation can be canceled. What should we do in that situation?
3. You may also have knowledge about how Immigration counts salary for 2 years work if my wife gets pregnant during that period and get a holiday (not just 22 weeks but for instance 9-10 months). The salary should be 55k per year to be able to apply for residence, based on 40 hours per week. But what if she gets a big holiday?
