Reposting please reply: EOI filling -SMC with job offer- joining date

I am filling EOI and EOI form asks about start date of my employment in NZ.

Technically start date shall be after getting the visa. My offer letter does not mention any start date.

Please advise, should I keep it blank (which I think I can't as it is mandatory field) or put some tentative date i.e.31-Dec-18.

I think I answered this before... I think, if there is room, you need to put "after visa is granted."
