    Default essential skill visa

    My employer apply me for a second chef but i just check adter submit document to immigration. my emploer state no newzealander suitable because of cooking thai food need speacialist in thai cooking. I ever heard from my advisor that my employer shouldnt specific national need? but too late to edit new form. It will be a problem or not?

    You should be fine because your employer just says s/he's looking for a chef who can cook thai food,not regarding the nationality of the chef.
