I'm sorry - I haven't any experience of using an immigration lawyer. Can anyone out there help?
Why would you be looking for a LAWYER, rather than an Adviser? You don't have a legal issue, but rather one to do with Immigration Instructions. Lawyers generally deal with more complex legal matters and few work full time in immigration issues. Conversely Advisers work only on immigration matters and some will specialise in medical matters.
Thank you, admin
Dear JandM
After 2 months for a treatment
And the test of my wife now
HbeAb and HbeAg is negative now
and DNA redudes from 7.8 log to 4.1 log
It is better ?
It sounds as though things are improving.
Hello Admin
Do you know any case in the forum like my wife can get resident?
My knowledge only comes from what happens to have been posted on forum threads, and someone who posts with a question doesn't always come back and let us know the outcome for their own case, so it's all a bit patchy. Here https://www.google.com/search?source...10.UwQ8XZMVLu4 are old threads which mention Hep B positive cases.
Like I said in post#6 above https://www.enz.org/forum/showthread...362#post574362, it all depends on her case meeting the regulations at the time she applies.
The newest result from my wife
Positive --> Negative
ALT 58/40 --> 20/40
everything else is normal
I just scare
INZ will reject a new visa immediately and they will dont care about positive or negative
