    Default Resident approved! Share timeline

    Hi JandM, ChrisMwn and everyone:

    Finally, my Resident Visa is approved! I can use dancing banana for myself now!

    I would like to thanks to everyone who shared your information and helped me here. Specially thanks to most respectful JandM, and ChrisMwn, who helped me like to help everyone else in this forum.

    My full timeline:
    26 Dec 2016 : PAR submitted / 20 Jan 2017 : PAR received
    02 Feb 2017 : EOI Submitted / 15 Feb 2017 : EOI auto-Selected
    22 Feb 2017 : IQA doc sent, for me and my wife 2 IQA applications
    17 Mar 2017 : EOI returned to pool, LTSSL claimed points rejected to be award (need IQA result)
    27 Mar 2017 : Paid fast track for my IQA only and confirm received by NZQA
    11 May 2017 : My wife IQA (non-fast track) result received
    15 May 2017 : My IQA (fast track) result received (process earlier, but longer time for accreditation clarification)

    20 May 2017 : EOI re-submitted / 24 May 2017 : EOI selected again
    20 June 2017: ITA received (status change to Decision Successful)
    10 July 2017 : ITA sent by mail / 13 July 2017 ITA Document delivered
    25 July 2017 : ITA Money deducted
    04 Sep 2017 : Medical team requested additional sputum samples test and x-ray regarding tuberculosis
    11 - 13 Sep 2017 : sputum samples test in the morning
    03 Nov 2017 : CO has been assigned
    01 Dec 2017 : Further checkup result submitted to NZ eMedical system.
    18 Dec 2017 : Phone Interview invitation received
    05 Jan 2018 : Phone Interview finished in 45mins. CO mentioned NSC not finished
    05 Feb 2018 : Asked CO for updates, CO confirmed status in 2PC
    12 Feb 2018 : JSV ITA email received....... (so disappointed as I am in old regulation, desired to get RV directly...)

    02 Mar 2018 : JSV approved online / 05 Mar 2018 : JSV on passport received
    29 Mar 2018 : Arrived NZ for onshore job searching
    10 May 2018 : Got a job offer, sent Employment Contract to INZ
    11 May 2018 : INZ confirm received my email information
    06 June 2018: New CO assigned for my JSV application. My company received INZ inquire email
    15 June 2018: Submitted amendment info to INZ
    10 July 2018: asked CO in phone, my application in final Quality Check
    16 July 2018: Approve In Principle email received
    24 July 2018: Online Resident application status changed to Approved!
    25 July 2018: Approval letter, eVsia in hardcopies received by courier

    @kne, congratulations! Did you send the employment contract back to your case officer or to the "nearest office"? Did you courier or email? Thanks. (I sent mine to the case officer but haven't heard from them so I thought I'd better courier to the Manukau office.)

    I sent to the CO by NZ post, to the PO Box address.
    As you can see in my timeline, from my contract deliveried to INZ, I have been assigned a new CO after one month, and then got AIP email in another one month, totally almost 2 months.

    Thanks @kne. I've couriered the contract. (Just wanted to track the envelope so I know when it's delivered.)
