Online Status changed to Approved

Hi All,

My online status has changed to Approved on Sat 04/08/2018.

Although my active visa is still work visa. I called INZ out of curiosity and been told that it is still in processing with the CO. I referred to the online status and told INZ that my status has changed to approved. Pretty confused.

Please please share some light on this.

^ you just need to wait until you receive the e-Visa together with the final approval letter. It can take few days to weeks based on others' experiences. No need to worry though. Once you receive the e-Visa, you will see that the online visa will be updated as well with the "highly coveted" Resident visa Congratulations, you made it bro you can relax and breathe now.

What i have gathered that INZ telecallers dont know about the online status and all. They just tell us the information they have got access to.

But as i read in other threads here that it is totally normal to have come across such situation.

JandM might be able to shed some light on this as well.

Mine was the same. It changed to "Resident" after the visa label was stuck. I believe you will have to wait until INZ issues evisa, then it'll be updated to "Resident"

INZ said I am in the queue of labeling.
Now, all I can do is wait. It sounds like a good news.
I will update my timeline shortly.

Hi JandM,

I contacted INZ again to get more clarity on my SMC application as it says approved online.

I have been told that my application went to 2pc on 4th Aug and still in processing. SHe also said that once it will pass 2PC then it will go back to CO and then AIP will be issued.

Very confused as Online status is approved.

Can you please advise?
