    Default Student visa working right

    Hi All,

    My Wife's student visa is expiring on 7th Oct 2018 and her course gets completed on 31st August 2018. We have already applied for talent work visa. My question is that can she work full time till 7th Oct 2018? I have a confusion becuase of this rule https://www.immigration.govt.nz/know...question-24721. It just talks about one scenario hence the confusion.

    Does the time between 31st August and 7th October count as a 'scheduled break'? I think her situation is one to ask the LIAs about.

    It's not considered a scheduled break as she completed the course and waiting for the result.

    Called INZ customer care to clarify and they informed us that she can work 20 hours till her visa expires.
