Visitor Visa for Parents related query

I am a permanent resident of NZ. I am planning to apply for parents visitor visa for 5-6 months. They are in their late 50s. I am planning to sponsor them but will include their properties and agriculture land papers with the application form. Is it required to include their bank statements as well or sponsoring will be enough. They dont have any Internation travel history before. Any assistance in this matter will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it would be unwise to include as much supporting evidence as possible to back up their financial position and ties to their home country. If they are getting a pension or have any other means by which they support themselves there, I would include that too.
