Default Setting up a startup / company in NZ

Do you know how to go about it?
Will I have to pay taxes if my company receive payments from overseas? How much would it be?

All the information is on the Companies Office website.
From your questions it seems like this is your first time setting up a company, and I strongly advise you to talk to an accountant or other professional to make sure you get it right. You especially don't want to get the tax part wrong, you could end up in a bad situation with IRD.

    Hi thanks for the reply.
I will definitely find an accountant for this.
My main purpose was to start working from home as a startup for a company outside of NZ.

It's not a way to avoid tax liability in NZ.

Check if the country has a double taxation agreement with NZ. This will prevent being taxed twice on the same money. It is complicated though and requires an accountant with experience in this field.
