Default Partnership Work Visa to Resident Visa

    Hello,

I have holding Partnership work visa already 2 years and my current one will be expiring in 2 weeks. Month ago I submitted same type visa application also I have talked to the immigration officer about the interim visa, the officer said that they likely decline my Partnership work visa application because mix for 2 years and suggest that I should apply Resident Visa instead. So I am going to submit the Resident Visa tomorrow, which mean I have 2 applications waiting. My question is, will I still eligible for Interim Visa and will I able to continue working (same company) if I granted interim visa?

    Thank

Your interim visa will have the same terms as your partner-sponsored work visa, because you have applied for another one the same.
