Thanks EGoodhue! 10 days would be indeed very short - we are now at 14 days and sitting like on hot coal...Just hope the TA/QC doesn't find any errors by the CO....hope to have a banana dance very soon!!!

By any chance do you know how much time support officer will take to issue SMC e-visa once residency is approved online?
Last I heard, it could be up to 5 working days. The most recent e-visa for one of my clients came through in 3 days following approval.

Do you mind me asking what documents they requested when your CO was assigned, and, what was asked during the telephonic interview? I'm very curious

    Hi
Anyone tried submitting the actual ITA document directly to the INZ office in Manukau city?
If so, how did you do it? Just secure the documents in a parcel and drop off at the office?
    Thanks
