    Apologies for the thread-necromancy. In the end, my "enlarged thyroid with multiple nodules" was considered to be 100% normal and in line with what a large portion of the population has without even knowing. I have nothing good to say about these "doctors" screening people for immigration and still suspect, to this day, that they have ulterior motives for their "findings" that specialists and other GPs agree should not have raised even an eyebrow.
