Manukau SMC team are allocating SMC applications lodged on 12 November to immigration officers today.

So it has taken them 2 weeks to allocate applications lodged over the course of 6 days in November - so they are going sloooooow.

By looking at this thread it doesn't look like too many people applied sent the ITA on December. Maybe is sign that Immigration will be able to catch up and move faster to January? (Hopefully)

Latest update from INZ Manukau today - SMC applications lodged on 28 November are being allocated to CO's today (so it's taking almost 6 months from lodgement to getting onto an Immigration Officer's desk now ).

That is so depressing really. So applications lodged end of November are taking 177 days to reach a CO. Applications lodged in October only took 133 days to reach a CO. So my expected allocation date moved from 21 June to 4 August already.
