Finally, I have some good news to share.
Although I am late by 3-4 days in publishing here that I got my Job seeker Visa.
My Timeline was
ITA lodgement date: 3rd December
CO allocated: 31st May
2PC Check: 13th Aug
Invitation to apply for JSV: 4th October
EVisa issue date: 10th October

Here is what I received from them with ITA. I suppose this is how they calculate timeframe.

So far, I have cross checked with all websites that the NZ website provided the timeline includes the completion of application status. However, their timeframe is not believable which is losing our hopes.
