INZ has a big backlog in all departments at the moment. You can't rely on "usually". There are currently people on the forum whose cases have been waiting in the queue for 2pc for between 5 and 7 weeks.

I see light at the end of the tunnel now. My CO advised that our case is in 2PC now. It usually takes 2 weeks, please suggest.

Mine is on week 8 and nothing yet
