Immigration New Zealand contact not active

Hi
For the almost a week try to contact the immigration they only contact they provided is the phone number.
For almost a week I call and for a book return call and it never happens.
Chasing a visa application that been for more than 26 days till now

I have have received one out of three of my requested callbacks in the past month. I’ve had luck calling at different times in the day though (e.g callback requested at 8:00 AM didn’t come and I called at 11:00 AM and got through rather quickly).
