I would say that you are in a queue that eventually will start moving, compared to the "inactive queue" to oblivion we all were last year.

I am guessing is good. What is your submission date? Just to estimate if I am at that queue as well or not.

I rang the call centre this morning, no movements as expected however the lady on the phone said my application is now in an 'active queue' - which is apparently different from the first queue. Application lodged Jan 2019. Does anyone know what the 'active queue' is, if this actually is anything different? Cheers

My god are they coming up with something new again. So an active queue means that there actually is an inactive queue where nobody seem to care about.

It may be one of their new non-sense that they utter ...last time call centre told someone that December que is in fastrakt que...well certainly this is'nt the case. Gosh I don't trust anything they say.

They told me I was in an active queue months ago. They span it as someone started requesting information and once it all comes back you get a co with the complete picture. It completely contradicts Erin's information on the process and once they told me this I just ended the phone call as I knew the woman was just lying to me about how it actually works.
