Hi guys, just a quick question. Has anyone complaint to Ombudsman about the immigration delays & intransparent internal criteria set by INZ?

I've never heard through this forum that anyone has done.

It will be worth giving a try. If anyone got a major problem or delay with your visa application can file their complaints with Ombudsman

There's a factsheet accessible from this page. http://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/r...ion/factsheets I notice that it says you have to have gone through INZ's own complaints procedure first.
