    They won't hurry to get applications processed before they go on leave. They'll just continue on the same pace they do it now when they come back from leave. More waiting for us.

    It will be worth giving a try. If anyone got a major problem or delay with your visa application can file their complaints with Ombudsman

    There's a factsheet accessible from this page. http://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/r...ion/factsheets I notice that it says you have to have gone through INZ's own complaints procedure first.
