What have other people done about the realme portal? (My [almost] direct experience of these procedures was when my son went through them, and that was before online submissions.)

If YOU spoke to your husband's LIA, or if he got advice about YOUR application from his LIA, then you need that signature. If not, then not.

No, he hasnt gotten advice about my application yet. Thank you for clarifying, it's one less thing to worry about.

thought I'd share an update. I checked the Realme portal, and it looks like I can upload additional medical results together with the other documents. I'm contemplating on whether or not to already upload all the results I have, or wait for my medical to be referred to an MA. Would it be advantageous to just upload my test results all at once? Do you think it would considerably shorten the waiting time?

Visa lodged! I have decided to upload all my documents so as to try and make the entire process shorter. Praying that all goes well. I have already received an email that my and my son's visa is already in process. The estimated time that was indicated was around middle of June.

Oh, thanks so much for the response!Hopefully, it will be the same for me as I uploaded all the lab test results plus the specialist report. The visa application center personnel told me that the usual processing here in my country is 10 to 25 days, but I'm not sure if that's still the case for those who get referred to MAs.

I heard from my case officer this week. My medical was referred and I was asked to do a repeat urinalysis. I don't think the CO forwarded the specialist report to the MA yet so I asked if the specialist report can be forwarded. I haven't gotten a reply from the CO but I am going to do the urinalysis again later. I also emailed the specialist report directly to the general email (inzhealth) for lab results, but I'm worried it might get overlooked. Is there anything else I can do to avoid repeating laboratory tests when I already have a diagnosis from my doctor?

    Red face

I haven't heard from my case officer yet, probably because of the Easter holiday. I went to my panel doctor last week and requested him to upload my specialist report on eMedical and he obliged. Hopefully no more tests will be required from me, and that the next time I hear from my case officer, it will be for the results of my application

Update: I got my visa May 14th! Requesting my panel doctor to upload the specialist report definitely helped
