Misspelling in Online application form (Visitor Visa)

Friend misspelled wife’s last name in other contacts in NZ section in application form. In other sections where name is mentioned it’s spelled correctly (sponsor name, partner’s name)

Unfortunately the option to review answers didn’t appear (?) before paying so he didn’t see the misspelling.

Does anyone know how to notify INZ of incorrect answers on the form? Would it be a big deal if left not corrected?
