Dependent Child Visitor Visa or Student Visa

Hi there,

If anyone has similar experience or any knowledge, appreciate your response. My son is 4 years old and is on a Visitor Visa (under Dependent of Open-Work Visa Post-Study). He is going to primary school next year hopefully after he turns 5 years old. As well, we are going to renew our visas by May of this year. (Hopefully we can get the 2-year Open Work Visa-Post Study).

Can I apply for him as Visitor Visa still or a Student Visa? Thank you for anyone who can provide enlightenment =)
