Co asked for more documents on 8/1/21
Still waiting for the decision.

We are on the same boat. still waiting since 9/1/21.
Applied early August 2020.
I don’t like the wait at all

Hi All, I'm posting first time in this thread. We are in waiting line as you all.
We applied for partnership residence visa -oct 2020
Co emailed and requested additional documents. Plus i and my partner got interview call this Tuesday 26th jan it was scheduled anyways.
Just bit nervous what would be the next step.

The Immigration Officer will be assessing your application based on the original and additional information received (including that obtained via interview). The next action is usually to make a final assessment, or to write you a Potentially Prejudicial Information letter (if the Immigration Officer believes that the application does not appear to meet immigration instructions). Sometimes, the Immigration Officer may still be unclear of some aspect of your application, and in that case further information will be requested of you.

It's impossible to say exactly what will happen next: every application is different.

Thank you so much for that information. Any idea after interview within what time co us supposed to take next action. As i read some other threads. For SMC within 3 working day CO must need to take action either sending PPI or moving forward for final assessment or 2pc check etc.

No, there is no set timing, because each person's situation is different. What the CO will have to do after the interview is not standard.

I received a case officer 2 weeks ago. Only found out because I called. I had no contact and they have put it forward to the second approval without asking for anything further.

Applied October 10th.

How long can 2nd approval take? The lady on the phone said no time frame but they are pretty quick.
