Great news!
Great news!
I just received an email from Immigration NZ asking me to fill out INZ1200. Has anyone ever had to do the same?
https://www.enz.org/forum/showthread.php?t=55362 has some information from an LIA of the situation surrounding use of this form then (2019). Posts earlier in the thread mention the need for very full evidence.
Thank you for the link. Sadly, it doesn't help much in my situation. I might write my CO for some clarifications. Appreciate the help anyways.
Final update: my residency was approved on 14th February. Overall, it took INZ 10 months to decide on my application. I'm beyond happy
Congratulations!
Just a quick timeline since this thread is now older and doesn’t have much recent info
Applied: March 11
Asked for more proofs of the last 3 months of being together and passport: August 14
Proofs submitted same day
Application locked to new uploads: August 30th
Residence approved: September 2nd
I had no other contact with my case worker outside of the request for the last 3 months info.
Congratulations, and thank you for the information.
Hi Everyone,
I just registered on this forum to share my timeline:
Application submitted and paid for: 18/06/2024
Asked to provide up-to-date police certificates and translations because of a silly mistake from my part: 21/06/2024
Documents submitted on 24/06/2024
Asked to provide more proofs of the last 3 months of being together and passport: 31/10/2024
Documents submitted on 11/11/2024
Application approved: 23/12/2024
As you can see, it took a bit more than 6 months processing time, I was expecting more given the holidays.
Thanks a lot to everyone for sharing your experience!!
A good Christmas present!
